Walking...
Hippocrates once stated "Walking is man's best medicine." This exercise in motion helps one physically and mentally. High emotion can be reduced with a good walk. A time to think is provided as you strike out on the road or trail putting one foot in front of the other. A feeling of independence and individuality comes over you as you breath in the fresh air(in Montana at least) and your heart pumps a little faster. A good walk is truly therapy.
